The short version: Emberkeep does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

Data we collect

• None. Emberkeep does not collect any personal information. We do not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email, or any other personal details to play.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress — such as your fire's state, fuel, embers, unlocked flame colours, locations, keepsakes, collected phenomena, daily streak, and your settings — is saved locally on your device only.

This information never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and is not accessible to us.

If you delete the app, this locally stored data is removed with it.

Notifications

If you choose to enable reminders, Emberkeep schedules local notifications directly on your device (for example, a gentle nudge when your fire has burned low).

These notifications are generated on your device and are not sent through any server. No information is collected or transmitted in the process.

You can turn notifications off at any time in the app's settings or in your device's system settings.

No tracking, ads, or analytics

Emberkeep contains:

• No advertising and no ad networks.
• No analytics or tracking of any kind.
• No third-party SDKs that collect data.
• No accounts or sign-in.

Emberkeep does not connect to the internet to collect, send, or receive any personal data.
